Heston MRO is excited to announce that our incredible team from Brisbane just completed a major and complex project, affectionately named “Mission Impossible,” at Wellcamp Toowoomba Airport involving the removal and installation of four GE90 engines on two Boeing 777 aircraft and a two fan split and assembly. MTU Aero Engines’ international crew supported Heston MRO during this project in the midst of severe COVID-19 constraints in Australia as well as some challenging weather conditions.
